The volume of the finished batch from 2250 liters to 3000 liters
Is a stationary drum with two shafts, with mixing blades which are located along it spirally, that provides screw-shaped transportation of the mixture along the helical shaft and at each shaft in the opposite direction. At the end of each shaft there are mixing blades, which are located in the opposite direction to transfer the mixture to the opposite wall.
This way the mixture in the mixing tank moves a circularly and when moving helically is rotated inward. This leads to an intense movement of the mixture in three directions. To increase the percentage of relative motion, two circles intersect in the middle of the mixing. There is a high turbulent area, which amplifies the effect of mixing.

Due to the design of the mixing body the degree of homogenization, which is equal to about 95%, can be achieved in 30 seconds of mixing at relatively low engine speed of mixing shafts (22 min-1). This gives energy savings, reduces wear and ensures the gentle treatment of the mixture.
Unloading of the two-shaft mixer is via a special valve which is located on the long side in the middle of the body. Most of the concrete mixture is discharged by gravity when the shutter is opened, the remains are transported to the window by mixing blades. Therefore, the probability of separation of the mixture is very small. The special valve enables to produce dose-opening and immediate closure without jamming.
