Purpose of the mixer:
 

• Preparation of concrete of any hardness
• Super-lightweight concrete
• Fibrous concrete
• Mortars
• Dry mixes
• Special mix (glass, paving slabs, bricks, dry pressing, batch).

The mixer drive is made from two vertical planetary motoreducers with hydraulic fluid flywheel and the ball turning circle made by the factory “Avtokran”, Ivanovo, Russia.
Distinctive mixer features:

• Mechanically handled cover and bowl of the concrete mixer provide stable minimal clearances between armour and paddle mechanisms.
• actuator  welding with wear-resistant material
• spring loaded cleaning blades – 3 pieces, with two degrees of freedom find the ability to regulate while tear and wear;
• the use of two electric motors and hydraulic clutches allow to smoothly start the mixer and protect from damage during emergency situations;
• The appliance of  pneumatic equipment produced by the company "Camozzi", Italy;
• The drive of  the mixer has forced (gear pump) circulation system of  lubrication with oil filtration.
• Side and bottom armor is made of wear-resistant materials. This armour is of increased thickness, fastened with bolts, that make it easier to replace during the  repairs.
• The rotation drive of planetary gears has a separate oil-bath for the lubrication of gears.
• The increased size of the discharge sector gate and two pneumatic cylinders allow to reduce the discharge of the ready concrete, and the use of pneumatic cylinders with a stopover of  pneumatic cylinders allow to unload the mixture in slow motion.
• All caps are equipped with electrical safety system which make it impossible for the mixer to work when the lid is open.
